Dr. Mechtler performs surgeries and deliveries at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital and high risk deliveries at Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo.

We have expanded our hours to include evenings and weekends to accommodate the busy schedules of our patients. You will be cared for by the provider you have scheduled your appointment with & are always free to choose which of the four clinicians you wish to see. Each provider has an individual schedule, if you need to be seen sooner or on a different time or day, you are welcome to schedule with one of the other clinicians, if you wish, to accommodate your needs. We offer a full range of OB/GYN services, such as birth control options, cancer screening (breast exams, pap smears etc), prenatal care & delivery, menopausal care, surgical interventionsl, colposcopy, cryotherapy, non-stress tests and endometrial biopsy by our providers every day at any time convenient for our patients.
